🏗️ Case Manager – Special Projects (Real Estate) 📍 Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Hybrid) 🕓 Contract: Temporary | Part-time (approx. 16 hours per week) 🗓️ Start Date: November 10, 2025 | End Date: Mid-November 2027 💬 Language Requirement: Dutch proficiency is a necessity About the Role We are seeking experienced Case Managers for Special Projects in Real Estate to support a major campus and facilities organization. The department oversees over 75 hectares of property and 350,000 m² of buildings, managing all aspects of strategy, maintenance, and development. You will work on a variety of real estate and construction-related cases — some with significant legal components — and play a key role in monitoring progress, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving resolutions efficiently. Key Responsibilities Visualize and document ongoing cases and actions taken to date. Monitor and guide case progress, providing advice and updates to the client. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and legal advisors to determine the best course of action. Act as the main point of contact between the client, contractors, and external consultants. Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Identify and escalate potential legal or contractual risks. Profile & Core Skills Education: Minimum HBO or WO (Bachelor’s or Master’s) level. Background in architecture, construction, or real estate, with a legal or contractual understanding. At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate project management or case handling. Skilled in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting complex information. Strong communication and negotiation abilities with contractors and consultants. Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented professional. Fluent in Dutch (required) and proficient in English. Additional Information Workload: Approximately 16 hours per week (indicative, may vary). Trial period: 2 months, with potential extension until project completion. Why Apply?
