Description

Case Manager- Supportive Housing Tuesday-Saturday 12:00pm-8:00pm. Responsibilities: * The Case Manager will provide services to consumers in our supportive housing program. * Provide transportation for consumers as needed * Teach basic living skills * Assist consumers in accessing appropriate community resources as needed * Updating client records using an electronic clinical record system Requirements: * BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field * Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI/Reckless driving conviction for the previous (3) years. Will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR. * Must be 21 years or older * Must be willing to complete Case Management Training through the Alabama Departmental of Mental Health and obtain certification * Previous case management experience is preferred but not required Benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Health and Dental Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off- Sick time and annual leave Company paid life insurance AD&D and dependent life insurance
