About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Case Manager to deliver high quality case management support services to young men, women, and families, including those with accompanying children who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.
Reporting to the Client Services Coordinator, this is a permanent full-time position. This role is based in St Kilda at the Upton Road youth refuge. At our Upton Rd Youth refuge you will be supporting young people experiencing significant crisis and homelessness in supportive & therapeutic environments.
