Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure effective and efficient case progression. Perform client interviews and gather essential information to support case development. Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills to verify the full extent of client injuries and damages. Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters, ensuring all client losses are clearly documented for maximum recovery. Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters, prioritizing favorable outcomes for clients. Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and personalized client care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and comprehensive documentation throughout each case's lifecycle. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed. Requirements Core Competencies: Organizational Skills: Demonstrated strength in organization and prioritization, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases while supporting multiple attorneys. Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to time management and accuracy in all aspects of case management. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of experience in pre-litigation case management at a personal injury law firm, specifically handling auto accident cases. Legal Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and the insurance claims process. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and case negotiations.
