This role focuses on outreach, advocacy, and care coordination to help individuals navigate services and achieve wellness. 🔹 Position Summary The Veterans Liaison acts as a primary point of contact for veterans seeking services, ensuring access to comprehensive behavioral health, medical, and social supports.
