A fantastic Case Services Officer Level 1 Parking job opportunity in Canterbury, Kent (Part time 22 Hours a week – Monday Tuesday and Friday).
We are a team of case officers delivering frontline services to the Canterbury district. If you’re looking for an opportunity to join a friendly team where learning and development are the norm, read on.

We are looking for and enthusiastic individual to join our large case management team and are looking for:

  • those who would like to start a career in customer service administration;
  • Candidates who have some experience of delivering or supporting the delivery of council services
  • Salary £27,092.00 pro-rata
  • Cost of living pay award negotiated annually as a salary increase

In the role of Case Service Officer in parking you will be doing daily email responses to parking enquiries about our permits/Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), car parks and blue badge enquiries.
