1. Preparing and completing application forms, drafting personalized letter of explanation and submission letters. Reviewing client files to extract key details. Proactively following up on any missing or outstanding information to keep things moving smoothly.
2. Researching immigration policies and necessary documents using online resources, and contacting IRCC, MIFI, and other government authorities to get accurate details and clarify any questions.
3. Verifying all applicant-provided information to ensure accuracy and completeness before final review.
4. Staying on top of deadlines while ensuring all work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
