Responsibilities

You will take the lead role in building capacity of families through focused support using our Key to Care framework in a holistic and culturally safe way.

As the successful applicant, you will ensure the cultural safety of the family with a trauma informed approach to support healing and recovery. You will work with families to develop case plans that will clearly work toward the goals and timelines for transition planning whilst working with key stakeholders including the Department of Communities and local community.

  • Together with your Team Manager you will build the capacity of families through the delivery of focussed, flexible supports utilising the KAA Practice Framework.
  • Your experience in developing, leading and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders such as the Dept of Communities and other local community supports would be highly advantageous.
  • You will ensure policy and procedures are adhered to including the storage on client management system in a timely manner.

The base salary for this position is $85120.36 - $91586.56 /annum (based on 1.0FTE) + super + mobile phone + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. Company vehicle/ Vehicle allowance and fuel card will be provided + regional allowance will be discussed at interview. This position is a permanent full-time position.
