Case Worker | Homelessness | Broadbeach

  • Employment Term: Part-time, Maximum Term until 30 June 2026 (60.8 hours per fortnight)
  • Location: Based at Broadbeach Monday to Friday, 4:30 am to 12:00 am (midnight)
  • Remuneration: $44.58 per hour + Super + $15,900 NFP salary packaging

Your part in our UnitingCare team
We are seeking a team player to join our Gold Coast Homelessness Service in our After-Hours team. Do you have a passion to work with adults and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness on the Gold Coast? Would you like to be a part of an organisation that is client focused and strategically connected to the coal face, with a clear commitment to reducing homelessness and opportunities for your professional development?
This program works across Monday to Sunday, outside regular business hours, as we operate on a 24/7 service delivery model and are based from Broadbeach.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Working with people experiencing homelessness, including rough sleepers.
  • Competent in identifying and understanding risks posed to children, as well as how to respond effectively to safeguard children.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as participate in and contribute to an established team of professionals.
