REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related preferred.
• Effective computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in CAD software, specifically SketchUp and SketchUp LayOut.
• Ability to read and understand Architectural and Interior Design drawings.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure of meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work well with clients and other members of the Genesis Team.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Occasional travel to active construction sites and comply with safety requirements.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In perso

• Develop project drawing packages for client approval and manufacturing.
• Generate detail drawings for presentation and manufacturing.
• Partner closely with Project Management to ensure expectations of design intent and objectives are met for the client, General Contractor, and other trades.
• Coordinate with team members to provide all project specifications when additional resources are required on a project.
• Define and manage project internal and external requests for information, coordinating with Project Management to ensure information is distributed to Design, Engineering and Manufacturing team members
