IOM Ireland has been operating in Ireland since 2001, currently in following areas of migration management: Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration, Resettlement, Family Reunification, Counter-Trafficking, Protection, Integration Support to Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection, Integrated Immigration Governance and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS). Context: IOM provides mental health and psychosocial support to international protection seekers residing in the Citywest accommodation facility with the aim to improve their psychosocial well-being and to strengthen their overall resilience. Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission in Ireland, the Head of the MHPSS Unit, the Counselling and Case Management Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Senior Case Management Associate, the incumbent will provide support in implementing project activities related to social work matters and services to international protection applicants hosted in transit accommodation centres in Ireland.    
Responsibilities
The incumbent will implement project activities related to social work and services for international protection applicants in transit accommodation centres. The role focuses on improving the psychosocial well-being and resilience of beneficiaries under the supervision of the MHPSS Unit.
