Based in Parkes, you will walk alongside individuals and families across the Cabonne, Forbes, Parkes and Lachlan local government areas, helping them navigate their recovery journey and find renewed hope for the future.
We’re looking for a passionate and compassionate Caseworker to join our Recovery Support Services team. This role is more than a job – it’s about being there when people need it most, providing trauma-informed, person-centred support, and helping communities find strength in the face of challenge.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a full-time contract opportunity until June 2026, located in Parkes NSW & servicing clients in Cabonne, Forbes, Parkes & Lachlan LGA’s. Starting base annual salary of $94,498, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. Leave benefits included.
