Work #LikeABosch Job Description Executes payment runs for internal vendors (for subsidiary companies) with creation of notify and payment runs for third party vendors (for companies) as per agree schedule; Maintenance of SAP tables for subsidiary company codes, SAP tables for email addresses; Adapts payment error list; Prepare various lists regarding payments (protocol list, exception list, etc); Bank payments (uploads and signs for payments in Electronic Banking) according to payment schedule; Performs urgent payments per requests; Processing of manual payments: analyzes the compliance according to Central Directive and checks the approval matrix and white list; Supervises of cash balance into the Electronic Banking; Clears accounts for General Ledger; Performs detective control of manual GL journal entries; Supports for cash and bank related project (e.g. automation of payment run, BCEBS Pro, etc.); Supports Auditor in conducting internal and external audits; Writes and updates work instructions; Ensures good communication with local unit; Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior. Qualifications Language: English; University degree in Financial/ Accounting field; At least 2 years working experience in Financial accounting; Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI and MS Office; Strong communication skills; Ability to work under pressure during peak periods and respecting the deadlines; Team player and ability to work in a flexible way; Independent working style; Availability to travel.
