Our Team at AIM are looking for a motivated Store Manager to support our Senior Management team in driving sales and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at our Cash and Carry in Newbridge.

• Assist the Senior Management Team in achieving store performance targets.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
• Analyse sales data and recommend actionable insights.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance.
• Ensure merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
• Support recruitment and manage weekly rosters.

Requirements

• Strong background in retail supervision or management.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexible, proactive, and solution-focused.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €36,000.00-€41,000.00 per year
