We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Application Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and financial software, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support. REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years Cash Application experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively to accommodate a high-volume environment to meet deadlines.
  • Transportation experience is a strong asset.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide effective feedback.
  • Problem Solving skills to resolve discrepancies and exceptions in payment matching

  • Matching incoming payments with accounts with outstanding invoices to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Ensuring the correct allocation of funds, maintaining accurate record keeping.
  • Ensuring daily deposits are balanced
  • Daily scanning of all deposit record
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and negotiation skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and software usage for reporting purposes.
