Responsibilities

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A CASH IN TRANSIT OFFICER?

Are you looking for your next exciting role? If so, NCR Atleos have the perfect opportunity for you on our team! As a Cash in Transit Officer, you will contribute to the safe and secure movement of cash and valuables between locations to enable service delivery whilst ensuring any business risk is mitigated.

WHAT WOULD I NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE CASH IN TRANSIT OFFICER ROLE?

Candidates must be able to demonstrate they are enthusiastic, security conscious, trustworthy, responsible and have a methodical approach to work. In addition, we are also looking for our Cash in Transit Officers to:

  • Be able to provide a continuous 10-year employment or education history (any gaps in employment history must be covered).
  • Holding a valid SIA CIT licence is desirable; however, this can also be obtained through our fully funded training programme.
  • Have a current and full UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
  • Be a conscientious driver and observing the highway code at all times.
  • Be fully Flexible with your approach to working patterns working 4/5 over 7 days.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work as part of a team or lone working as required.
  • Have a strong security awareness.
  • Be able to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines.
