Job Description The Cash Management Consultant ensures the reliability and quality of automated financial transaction flows. The role focuses on real-time monitoring, efficient incident management, and continuous improvement of operational processes within a global control tower environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor the quality and performance of automated production flows Supervise end-to-end transaction flows across systems and business units Manage and coordinate production incidents, ensuring rapid diagnosis, stakeholder communication, and timely service restoration Provide Level 1 support for Cash Management Middle Office activities Oversee and track sensitive or high-priority client payment flows Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve system resilience, and reduce recurring incidents Qualifications Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, International Relations or related field Background in Banking Operations, Finance, or IT (2 - 5 years) Experience in payments, SWIFT, or cash management (preferred) Comfortable working in monitoring / control room environments Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word Monitoring tools / banking systems (e.g., SWIFT) English: Full Working Proficiency (mandatory) Additional Information Shift-based schedule (including early/late shifts) Availability for bank holidays and extended hours when required Role operates within a 24/7 international control tower structure
