JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cash Management & Revenue Administrator to oversee in-hall accounting and bookkeeping, daily balancing of session sales and prizing, preparing bank deposits, and preparation of all financial documents and reports.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily drop/cash count for all Cabinet Games, reconcile to the Gaming Management System, and balance the Cabinet Games cash and voucher flow.
  • Perform cash out for the previous day for all bingo and gaming sales and snack bar sales, counting all cash and preparing bank deposits.
  • Complete Daily Report for Head Office by reconciling all cash on hand to sales and prizes (generated from GMS, BMS or Touch Bistro).
  • Investigate and troubleshoot all variances and discrepancies. Submitted paperwork must reconcile with no differences and/or notes.
  • Review camera footage to aid in discovering cash variances and poor cash handling practices.
  • Drop, reconcile, and reload ATM and TITO machines daily, using Cabinet Games drop cash.
  • Learn all new systems being integrated into the site and work to become an expert in these systems (i.e. Moneris, Bingo Management System, Gaming Management System, Ticket Redemption Machines, ATM machines, NetSuite ERP software, etc).
  • Train all secondary Administrators in all aspects of this job description, so they can accurately and proficiently complete the Administrator role on any day when supervision is not possible.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with sales and prize information for OLG purposes.
  • Conduct inventory counts at month-end for Head Office, recording and reporting accurate inventory balances.
  • Maintain responsibility for all floats within the safe, reconcile these floats and ensure correct replenishment.
  • Paper inventory management, including paper room inventory report, completing necessary corrections to inventory according to paper count.
  • Work cooperatively with OLG providing information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare prizing spreadsheet on a daily basis to reconcile the total monthly report.
  • Adjust session summaries according to paper inventory.
  • Process lottery ticket order and balance lottery invoices.
  • Process inventory order and record in inventory management system.
  • Prepare monthly compliance checklist and maintain compliance binder.
  • Run analysis reports for operational trends and review with Operations Manager.
  • Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding bingo programs, Red 7, promotions, and any other product or service offered at the Gaming Centre.
  • Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Operate in accordance with Delta Bingo & Gaming’s Standard Operating Procedures.
