Allianz Services is a company which belongs to the legal entity, Allianz Technology SE. Job role We are hiring a talented Cash Management Specialist to join our team in Bucharest office. The role is part of Bucharest Financial Hub which provides day to day and month end closing accounting and financial services for various Allianz entities. What you will do Disposition and account management, including clarification of requests from banks or customers Bank account clearing and reconciliation Bank accounts contract management Incident handling, including corrections in Allianz Treasury Platform Managing database users in the Allianz Treasury Platform Monitor payments operations (cut off deadlines, incidents, daily reports) Bank fees and interest monitoring, FX margin monitoring KPI review with customers What you bring Strong academic background (preferably Accounting, Business Administration, Economics) Mandatory experience in cash management processes and banking operations Ability and experience to work with big volumes Proven command of English language (mandatory advanced verbal and written) Proven command of German language (not mandatory, but considered a big advantage) You have Strong sense of ownership, self-motivated, innovative and target driven Good time management and organizational skills Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision High level of accuracy and attention to detail Quick learner What we offer We support your well-being Access dedicated counseling services, mental health resources, and well-being sessions designed to keep you feeling your best Enjoy a personalized benefits package through a monthly budget on the Benefit platform, covering medical subscriptions, meal tickets, private pension plans, life insurance, Allianz Tiriac exclusive insurance discounts, and many more.
