First Western Bank & Trust is searching for an on-site Cash Management Specialist in either our Minot or Bismarck region. CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST POSITION OVERVIEW:  Direct and assist customers with online banking products and services in support of First Western Bank & Trust’s sales and service objectives while adhering to the bank’s culture of excellence in customer service to its patrons. * Establish solid customer relationships through identifying needs, providing creative and best solutions for customers, and using cross-sell and referral opportunities * Provide support to customers and bank staff regarding electronic products and services * Establish online customer accounts including entering data, assigning access permissions and performing account verification * Ensure timely response and resolution of customer questions and issues in a timely, professional manner via telephone, email or in-person * Perform maintenance to existing online accounts, re-setting passwords and making account changes as requested * Meet with business customers to provide information on Cash Management services * Add, monitor and support Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture customers * Determine exposure limits and assign risk ratings for Cash Management ACH customers  * Assist with RSA token activation, lost tokens and customer contact regarding tokens * Ensure customer compliance with online policies and procedures * Performs daily reviews and monitoring of selected reports, logs and transaction data to verify transactions, track trends and detect/report unusual or suspicious activity * Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations and the Bank’s policies and procedures, including Bank Secrecy Act * Maintain continuing education related to regulatory standards CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:  * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field; or equivalent work experience  * Minimum two years banking experience  * Experience with online computer applications CASH MANAGEMENT SKILLS/ABILITIES:  * Customer Service/People skills  * Multi-task * Attention to detail * Problem-solving skills * Listening skills * Integrity * Confidentiality * Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and banking software, to include proficient keyboarding * Proficient spoken and written English language skills First Western Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
