Description:

Join us as a Cash Management Team Leader and lead a team of 10–20 accountants, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of financial processes. You will be responsible for providing professional accounting support and overseeing daily financial operations in line with global standards. Working with regions across the Americas, the Middle East, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and team performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Set priorities and plan workload to meet deadlines and achieve the objectives of the department;
  • Mentor and coach team members and support workplace learning;
  • Motivate team members and initiate opportunities for skills development;
  • Provide feedback to employees regularly, including Performance Appraisal Process meeting;
  • Ensure that all transactions are appropriately recorded;
  • Ensure all accounts in CM Team scope are reconciled for the end of the month and proper controls reported in the system;
  • Ensure accurate and timely month end processing and closing Bank/AR module;
  • Making sure all Bank/AR outstanding transactions are reviewed regularly;
  • Ensure bank access management according to policy;
  • Ensure timely submission of controls;
  • Responsibility for the transfer of new companies, processes to GBS and from GBS;
  • Assist in systems testing for upgrades and future improvements;
  • Initiate and lead various projects including stabilization and optimization projects
  • Support internal and external audits, other authorities
  • Approval of payments in bank system

Qualifications and competencies:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or related area
  • Experience in working on Bank/CM/Treasury Accountant position – minimum 5 years
  • Previous experience in people leader role would be an asset
  • Experience in using SAP/SAP4Hana/D365/AX2009 would be an asset
  • Good command of the English language
  • Second European language is seen as an asset
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
