Position Description As the Cash Manager at Incredible Pizza Company, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cash reconciliation and managing cash deposits. This role ensures that all cash drawers are accurately balanced against daily management income reports. A successful Cash Manager practices a servant leadership approach, fostering respect, collaboration, and support among employees and fellow leaders while maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging department. Requirements Key Responsibilities & Perks: Pull and reconcile cash drawers between 7:45-9 PM Pull and count cash from kiosks at 9 PM Count and reset all cash drawers to $278 Count and prepare deposits for the buffet and kiosk Reconcile the safe nightly to ensure it contains $6,000 and nine drawers with $278 each Verify all team members are clocked out at the end of the night Run and report labor statistics accurately Print, save, and email all required reports Secure the premises by setting the alarm and locking up the store Occasionally take responsibility for delivering deposits at the end of the night Strong math skills with the ability to count money accurately in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a fun and engaging attitude Assist in keeping the Cash Office area neat, clean, and organized Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance Friendly, courteous, and professional interaction with guests, fellow leaders, and employees Enjoy free drinks and discounted buffet meals during breaks Earn Scratch Card rewards with prizes like gift cards, cash, and more Paid Time Off (PTO): The number of PTO hours earned is calculated by the total number of hours the employee worked the previous 52 weeks (1 year).
