Description
Vacancy: CASH OFFICER(FUEL STATION) Locations: Ajia Ibadan, Oyo state Bwari, Abuja Ganmo, Ilorin. Kwara State Key Responsibilities Monitor and record LPG product discharge and sales transactions. Reconcile daily account remittances and ensure timely reporting. Maintain accurate cash books and financial records in line with company standards. Utilize Quickbooks for recording, tracking and reconciling financial transactions. Drive sales by canvassing new customers and retaining existing ones. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly. Supervise gas section activities, including the gas fillers and security personnels Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper housekeeping practices. Interface with government officials and regulatory bodies when required. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales, cash flow and operational activities. Support audits and inspections by providing accurate records and documentation. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience: 1–3 years in a similar or finance-related role Skills/Competencies: Cash handling, accuracy, integrity, financial reporting, analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel and the use of Quickbook Method of Appication Interested and qualified candidates should send their CVs to recruitment@stresertintegrated.com using COFS-P26 as subject of the mail
