As a Cash & Payments Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, stability and quality of critical Payments, SWIFT and Cash Management flows for a large international financial group. You will be part of a Cash Management Control Tower, operating across five global hubs (Paris, Brussels, Singapore, Montreal and Lisbon). Your mission is to proactively monitor automated transaction flows, manage incidents end‑to‑end and continuously enhance operational efficiency to deliver a high‑quality service to clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze the quality of automated production for Payments, SWIFT and Cash Management activities across the group. Supervise end‑to‑end transaction flows processed via SWIFT infrastructure and payment platforms for multiple global entities. Detect, escalate and coordinate resolution of production incidents, ensuring rapid service restoration and clear communication with all stakeholders. Provide Level 1 operational support to Middle Office Cash Management teams and tools. Monitor payment flows for high‑sensitivity Cash Management clients. Qualifications What You Bring: At least 1 year of experience in Banking Operations or Financial Services. Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
