We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive, and curious analyst to join our Manchester-based Cash & Treasury Operations team. This is an entry-level role for someone who loves numbers, thrives on detail, and wants to learn how money actually moves through a bank. You’ll learn how to manage cash positions, run reconciliations, verify payments, and make sure funds land exactly where they should, when they should. What you’ll do You’ll learn, then own: Processing GBP/USD payments across multiple schemes Managing daily cash balances to ensure liquidity is correct Reconciling transactions across systems + accounts and investigating differences Supporting post-trade activities and settlements Contributing to AML monitoring and savings operations workflows Working across Manchester, London and India teams to resolve issues Spotting and documenting smarter ways of working What we’re really looking for The ideal candidate doesn’t necessarily require operational experience, however we’re looking for someone with potential and the discipline to handle precision: A sharp analytical mindset Comfortable with numbers, patterns, and problem solving Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions Pride in accuracy and owning outcomes A degree with a numerical and analytical foundation strongly preferred If you’re obsessed with getting small details right, this is the place to apply it Where this role can take you If you’re good, you’ll move fast.
