Description We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier and Office Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dealership experience is a plus. Hours: 8-4 Monday-Thursday, Friday 10-6, alternate Saturdays 8-5 with Friday off. Looks like this- (M-Th, Sat) then (M-F) and rotate like this. Responsibilities: - Receive and process deals to appropriate areas - Payoff checks to Banks - Daily cash deposit - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Data entry, invoices - Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments - Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts - Balance cash drawer - Close out Service repair orders and Parts tickets - Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a cashier or admin role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor We offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth within the company.
