The Cashier will be the face of our store, responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle cash and electronic payments securely Responsibilities: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the checkout. Accurately scan and process customer purchases using the cash register or point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and security. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area to ensure a pleasant environment. Answer customer questions regarding prices, merchandise, and store policies. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate cash registers and handle electronic payment systems.
