Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases in a courteous manner. Operate cash registers and process various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Ensure accuracy in handling cash and making change during transactions. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to provide a pleasant shopping environment. Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary. Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed during downtime. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus but not required. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for handling transactions accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
