As the face of Sphirea Plus, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate transactions while delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and value teamwork and precision. Responsibilities Handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems Maintain a clean and organized checkout area Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies Monitor inventory levels for front-end items and report discrepancies Assist with restocking, merchandising, and basic store upkeep as needed Follow all company procedures and comply with health and safety regulations Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience as a cashier or in customer-facing roles is preferred Strong math and communication skills Ability to operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary ($37,000 – $41,000 annually) Opportunities for professional growth and internal promotions Skill development in customer service, POS systems, and retail operations Supportive and inclusive team environment Stable full-time employment with consistent hours
