Cashier/Customer Service Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional & timely manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Promote store products and services to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Answer customer telephone calls promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Actively participate in all provided training programs offered.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train
- Knowledge in using computerized point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Be able to manage your time efficiently and appropriately
