REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, kitchen work, or similar role
• Must be available full day Friday and on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn both kitchen and service skills
• Must have legal work rights in Australia

KITCHEN DUTIES:

• Prepare and cook menu items following Hello Harry’s standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Assist with food prep, stock rotation, and storage
• Follow all food safety and WHS procedures

FRONT OF HOUSE DUTIES:

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take orders accurately (POS system experience desirable)
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining area
• Assist with opening and closing duties
