Job description
We are currently looking for Customer Sales Assistants to join our existing team at Shell Fakenham with hours ranging from 16 -34 per week, plus additional to cover holidays and sickness.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT WORK A FLEXIBLE SHIFT PATTERN, INCLUSIVE OF DAYS, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.

We are looking for someone who is:
Flexible and available to work evenings and various late afternoons and daytime if needed.
Monday - Sunday - 3pm - midnight is the usual shift pattern.
Comfortable working on their own and able to use initiative.
Competent, reliable and punctual and able to work in a fast pace environment.
Polite, friendly with a bubbly personality.
Willing to pick up extra shifts to cover sickness/holidays.

Our Customer Sales Assistants are the face of the garage and can be very influential in how a customers visit goes.
As a Customer Service Assistant you’ll be expected to;
Provide great customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Keep the store clean and presentable.
Replenish stock and date rotate.
Understand the Hot Food/Cooking process. (Training is provided).
Work well under pressure without supervision.
Be able to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness.
Staff members are expected to be flexible and work the shift they have be scheduled to.
Rotas are available once training is completed.
Full training provided.
Part uniform provided, you will be required to wear black trousers and black shoes.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 34 per week
