Responsibilities: Take customer orders over the phone and in person Consistently deliver excellent customer service Assist with those duties while still being fluent in Safe Food procedures Maintain all safety procedures in the restaurant Maintain fast, fresh service to carry out/delivery personnel Receive payments and make change correctly Insure packaging will keep all food fresh and hot Maintain side work and assist other staff members as needed
