  • Customer Service
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product location, or complaints.
  • Provide a pleasant checkout experience.
  • Cash Handling
  • Accurately handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and mobile payments.
  • Count cash in the register drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Ensure correct change is given.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
  • Notify supervisors of low stock or stock discrepancies.
  • Occasionally assist in restocking shelves or displays.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges following company policies.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (bags, receipt paper, etc.).
  • Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
  • Follow all store policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
