Position: Cashier with Accounts Knowledge, Tally & Stock Controller
Location: UAE (Multiple Locations)
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are a leading computer shop in the UAE seeking a highly motivated Cashier with Accounts Knowledge, proficient in Tally and experienced in stock control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing inventory to ensure the smooth operation of the store. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent accounting and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage stock effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier with accounts knowledge and stock control experience in the UAE.
  • Preferably Candidates from Tamilnadu
  • Proficiency in Tally software for managing financial records.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on multitasking.
  • Previous experience in the computer or electronics retail sector is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Cashier Duties:
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, providing receipts and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Reconcile daily sales and cash registers at the end of each shift.
  • Record transactions in Tally software, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist in generating financial reports and maintaining up-to-date cash flow records.
  • Accounts Support:
  • Support the finance team with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and generating financial statements.
  • Assist with monthly and annual financial closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
  • Stock Control:
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and identify discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock orders and deliveries.
  • Organize and display products properly to prevent stock loss or damage.
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth supply chain and efficient stock management.
