Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Duties: - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate - Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information - Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area - Keep reports of transactions - Upsell products and promote special deals Experience: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to upsell products to increase sales - Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus - Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone - Bilingual capabilities are advantageous - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth. Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
