Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in person
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Upsell products and promote special offers to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
