JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
  • Previous cashiering experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in English
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
  • Experience in technical sales or upselling is a plus.
  • Ability to operate POS systems effectively.
  • Open availability- must be able to work all shifts.
  • Own transportation a bonus.
