Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a positive checkout experience
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments; provide correct change and receipts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable checkout area
• Answer basic customer questions about products and direct them to the appropriate team member for detailed information
• Assist with restocking displays, packaging products, and keeping the front area tidy
• Uphold all store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Interest in organic foods and clean products is a plus!
