Description
GritR Sports is looking for a customer service representative to join our team in our North Richland Hills office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by completing the check out process for our Retail store, as well as working through online inquiries and processes. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Experience/interest with Firearms and outdoor sports is a plus! Compensation: $17.00/hr Schedule: Full-Time - Four 10 hour shifts per week Responsibilities: First and last customer interaction - Greet customers as they arrive, process payments as they leave. Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues. Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
