JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred, with knowledge of technology sales being advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos.
  • Strong time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
