We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be essential in ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.

• Handle customer complaints with professionalism, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
