JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be essential in creating a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for technology sales.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in pizza store or customer service is preferred.
  • Should be comfortable using fryer and different utensils to cut vegetables
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and product demonstrations is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other retail technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer experiences.
