SKILLS

• Proven experience in cashiering or customer service roles.

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and care.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Promote sales of products and services through effective communication and technical sales skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Dispose of trash, clean workstations, and perform light cleaning duties as needed
• Be flexible and assist with other tasks as assigned by management
