We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team in our resteraunt. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, handling transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries promptly.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing transactions.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and store environment.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
