SUMMARY

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations at our busy locations, contributing to our mission of providing delicious meals and excellent service.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist in inventory management and merchandising as needed.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in customer service or cashier roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A friendly demeanor with a passion for food service.
