JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with retail math to accurately handle transactions and provide change.
  • Experience operating cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Knowledge of grocery store operations is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
