Dorchester IDA is looking for a part time Cashier/Customer Service. Hours will be Monday to Friday 3pm to 6pm. This individual will be responsible for but not limited to: POS transactions, Customer Service, Placing Orders and closing till. Previous retail experience is an asset. Training available.
Duties;
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Assist with product demos and promotions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints
