OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with their purchases and inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in food and customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and efficient.

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing display to attract customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Making drinks (bubble tea) and assistance with chef if needed.
