We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions, assist customers with their queries, and contribute to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
  • Strong selling skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and assist with stock management.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish or other languages, are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with all customers.
